How does the pickup work?
Choose your items and a pickup window on the booking page. Our driver arrives during that window, collects your items and gives you a receipt with your order reference.
How long does it take?
Most orders are delivered back within 24 hours. Carpets, curtains and mattresses can take 48 to 72 hours because of drying time. We confirm the delivery date when we collect.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, within our service area in Abu Dhabi for orders above the minimum order value shown on the pricing page.
What if an item cannot be cleaned?
Every item is inspected on arrival. If we think a stain will not come out or a material needs a special process, we call you before we start.
How do I pay?
Cash or card on delivery. Bank transfer is available for business accounts.
